Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistic IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Logistic IT Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating various systems, optimizing database and server performance, and providing technical support within our logistics department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in integration systems, such as API integration and design, as well as experience in the logistics industry. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between various logistics systems.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system integration.

Perform integration testing and troubleshoot any issues or errors to ensure smooth data transfer and system functionality.

Optimize database and server performance to enhance the overall efficiency of logistics operations.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the logistics department, resolving any system-related issues or inquiries.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics technology, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful integration projects.

Document technical processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven working experience in integration systems, with expertise in API integration and design.

Prior experience working in the logistics industry is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge and understanding of logistics operations and processes.

Experience in dealing with big data and optimizing database and server performance.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.

Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex system integration issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
