任职要求：

  • 至少2年相关工作经验

  • 熟悉物流、电商或跨境行业优先

  • 沟通协调能力强，责任心强

  • 中英文流利优先

  • 仓库经理需具备团队管理经验及仓储运作知识

Job Description：

📍 Location: Dublin 15 or Heathrow
🕐 Type: Full-time

🧩1. 销售专员Logistics Sales 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships for China-to-Ireland cross-border logistics services

  • Offer customized logistics solutions, including sea/air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and local delivery

  • Understand client needs, prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction

  • Set and track sales targets to support overall team performance

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in cross-border logistics sales

  • Familiar with sales processes and logistics services (e.g., LCL/FCL shipping, e-commerce clearance, overseas warehousing)

  • Proven sales track record and excellent client communication skills

  • Strong bilingual communication skills (Mandarin & English)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus

  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure

🧩2.运营专员 Operation Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships for China-to-Ireland cross-border logistics services

🧩3.市场专员 Marketing Executive 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall marketing efforts across digital, content, and partnership channels for the E2G brand

  • Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies for the Irish market

  • Operate and manage platforms such as LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to boost retention and promote services

  • Produce marketing videos and write compelling copy for social media, email, and the company website

  • Maintain the company website with timely updates and brand consistency

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility

  • Execute both global branding and localized promotional campaigns

  • Organize and manage online/offline events to drive brand awareness and lead generation

  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align on campaign goals

  • Deliver campaigns on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with KPIs

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Irish B2B sector

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, email campaigns, website content management, and SEO

  • Familiar with marketing automation and ERP systems

  • Strong video editing and copywriting skills for digital platforms

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn strategy and social media operations (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, TikTok)

  • Understanding of brand management and localized marketing practices

  • Strong communication, planning, and negotiation abilities

  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

🧩4. Warehouse Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

  • Develop and implement warehouse SOPs to improve operational efficiency

  • Oversee inventory control and conduct regular stock audits

  • Coordinate closely with logistics and customer service teams to meet delivery schedules

  • Use WMS and ERP systems for accurate record-keeping and reporting

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Familiar with warehouse equipment and safety procedures

  • Proficient in WMS/ERP and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus

🧩5.货车司机 VAN / CE Driver
🕐Type: Full-time / Part-time considered

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform local and regional delivery and collection of goods

  • Load, unload, and verify cargo safely and accurately

  • Maintain daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with road safety regulations

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams

  • Represent the company in a professional manner during all deliveries

🔹 Requirements:

  • Valid EU Van Driver License (B category) or CE License (for articulated trucks)

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience

  • Good knowledge of Dublin and/or London routes

  • Punctual, reliable, and physically fit

  • Basic English communication required
